The 2009 Flats Show is our 26th Anniversary Show. This years’ Flats Show is a one-day show at the
Perch Point Conservation Club (PPCC) on Saturday August 8, 2009. The PPCC is
located at 7930 Meisner Road, Casco Twp., MI 48064 (corner of Palms &
Meisner Roads-2 miles North of Marine City Highway).
The 2009 “Flats Rig” is Mallards.
We will be having all our regular competitions as before and rules &
prizes are listed on this site ....see "Awards" link. The Market Gunners will be
judged indoors, in a tank, and the Market Gunner 3-Bird Rigs will be
judged outdoors, in the pond, and must be rigged with dropper lines and
clips.

Summer Picnic/BBQ Club Meetings
The Summer Club Meetings will be BBQ at Lou & Anne Tisch's Lake House. I'll be there around 5pm and most folks will be rolling in around 6pm or so and we'll get down to eating as soon as we're hungry.
BBQ Meeting: June 8, 2009-Had a great time-join us in July
BBQ Meeting: July 13, 2009-having goose, etc & some fish.
We will be Grilling hot dogs & burgers as well as stir frying some ducks, venison, geese & pheasants as I recall along with some smoked turkey. Bring a dish to pass if you would and BYO drinks.
It looks like the BBQ Meeting in July will be various fishes and the normal Burgers & Hot Dogs for those who are not crazy about fish. Come on down!
From I-696, take East I-94 going North to exit 243. Turn right (East) onto 23-Mile Rd. (M-29) and follow it about 3+ miles until you reach the intersection at Jefferson. Our drive is 200 feet ahead on your right (35450 23-Mile Road, New Baltimore, 48047), just at the edge of the woods (before Coney Island). There is an address board on the fence that says “35434” Private Drive…that’s our cousin’s address and our joint driveway.
Our driveway services three houses, ours is the middle house. You can park on the grass in our yard just as the driveway turns to the right, either side of driveway.....unless it’s muddy, then use the lot by the big garage.
Come one, come all. Bring your bathing suits if you would like to hit the water and bring fishing stuff if you are so inclined.
