Beginning carvers or carvers who have not won a Best of Show.
Open:
All carvers may enter and must include carvers who have won two Best of Shows, from any participating I.W.C.A. show or competition in the Amateur or Intermediate Levels.
Junior:
Ages 17 & under - same rules apply as Hunting Decoys .
